Tips to help you switch to an e-cigarette
If you have started contemplating making a switch from traditional tobacco cigarettes to e-cigarettes, or if you’ve already bought your starter kit, perhaps you’ve already encountered some problems with the transition. We’ve compiled a list of some of the tips that can make the switch easy and pleasant experience and will surely make you a successful vaper:
Choosing your nicotine level
There is a concern that the switch to e-cigarettes is nothing more than replacing one nicotine addiction with another. This is, however, hardly the case – in fact, a recent study demonstrated that vapers do have lower addiction levels and withdrawal symptoms, compared to people smoking traditional tobacco cigarettes. It’s all about the nicotine level in your e-liquid, actually. If you want to get rid of your addiction, you need to move to e-cigs entirely and start with a nicotine dosage that makes you feel comfortable. For instance, if you’re used to smoking around 20 cigarettes per day, an 18mg/ml nicotine level should be suitable for you. Once you feel ready, just reduce your nicotine level!
Don’t worry about chain vaping
The reason why people are concerned about chain vaping is the same as the above – addiction. However, it’s far better to chain vape to get the nicotine you need, instead of reverting back to the tobacco cigarettes to satisfy your addiction. According to research, you do actually need to vape longer in order to obtain the same amount of nicotine from a traditional cigarette. Don’t worry about your addiction at the moment and just focus on successfully making the switch and enjoying your new e-cigarette!
